Technical Lead
We are Looking for a Technical Lead, Who is responsible for leading a development team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverable s.
Requirements:
- Consistently demonstrated ability to exceed the requirements of Senior Software Engineer
- Proficient in at least two-core development tools
- Sound knowledge of estimation technique
- Good knowledge of design patterns
- Sound industry trends awareness
- Good knowledge of APIs, Web services, Ruby, PHP, Python, ReactJs, NodeJs, JavaScript, HTML, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts
- Sound Proficiency with Open Source technologies
- Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
- Sound communication skills and time management skills
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Own one or more modules of the project under development
- Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect Flexible in working under changing and different work settings
- Maintain high team morale
- Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines
- Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work
- Pay high attention to detail in all work
- Quality, on-time delivery of agreed deliverables
Qualification & Experience
- BE/B.Tech-Computer Science, Information Technology/MA/MSc-Computer Science
- 4-6 years of working experience in the relevant area with 2-3 years of experience as Technical Lead.
