Job Description
Responsible for techno-commercial related activities like inquiry handling, quotation/estimation preparation, Client Interaction, purchase order creation, coordination with suppliers for on-time delivery of consignments and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handling the queries from the client-side and replying in a timely manner
Preparation of Quotations as per the Marketing/Sales Department requirement
Follow-ups on quotations and monitoring of assigned Mailboxes.
Ensure timely and accurate customer service
Handle complaints and specific customer requests
Handle and manage the courier inward-outward system
Preparation of reports as required by the management
Supervise and support office staff
Keep the records updated wherever required
Ensure the company’s policies are met
