We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Introduce company products or services to potential clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns or questions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover process.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition.
