Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to cosmetic gynecology treatments and patient inquiries.Explain procedures, treatments, and services offered by the clinic.Schedule appointments and follow up with patients for consultations and treatments.Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.Address patient queries and provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.Work closely with the marketing and sales team to convert inquiries into consultations.Maintain call logs and update patient details in the system.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Prior experience in healthcare, beauty, or telecalling is an advantage.Good persuasion and convincing skills to convert leads.Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is a plus).Polite, professional, and patient-friendly approach.
