Job Description: Telecaller (Cold Caller)
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (Work from Office)
Salary: The initial salary is INR 8,000 per month for the 3-month probation period. Upon successfully
completing the probation period, the salary will be increased to INR 12,000 – 15,000. The duration of
the probation period may be decreased or extended based on the candidate’s performance.

Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated Telecallers (Cold Callers) to join our team in Kozhikode. As a Telecaller, you
will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments through cold calling. This position
involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and
scheduling follow-up calls to maintain customer interest.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Introduce and explain new products and services to customers.
• Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously, if required.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in telecalling, cold calling, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time position based in our Kozhikode office.
• Candidates with a laptop are a plus.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years.
