Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales – Surveillance Products will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and expanding our market presence in India. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the surveillance products industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capture them.
o
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Team Leadership and Management:
o
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, training, and performance management.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, set objectives, and provide feedback.

Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Management:
o
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
o
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations and Performance Analysis:
o
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
o
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
o
Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
o
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
o
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
•
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the surveillance products industry.
•
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•
Strong leadership and team management skills.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
•
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
•
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
