Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Inquiry Management:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries about visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for various countries.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa categories and eligibility criteria.
- Sales Calling:
- Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our visa services.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored visa solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and support.
- Application Processing:
- Assist clients in completing visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Liaise with embassies and consulates to submit applications and track their status.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their visa applications, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Record Management:
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, inquiries, and application progress in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on sales activities, application statuses, and client feedback.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient processing of visa applications and timely responses to clients.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in visa application processing or sales in the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements and processes for different countries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
