Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visa Inquiry Management:
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries about visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for various countries.
    • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa categories and eligibility criteria.
  • Sales Calling:
    • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our visa services.
    • Identify client needs and recommend tailored visa solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and support.
  • Application Processing:
    • Assist clients in completing visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with embassies and consulates to submit applications and track their status.
    • Keep clients informed about the progress of their visa applications, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Record Management:
    • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, inquiries, and application progress in our CRM system.
    • Generate reports on sales activities, application statuses, and client feedback.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient processing of visa applications and timely responses to clients.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on visa regulations and procedures for various countries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa application processing or sales in the travel industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of visa requirements and processes for different countries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
