Immediately on getting the go ahead, our recruitment specialists will set out to fetch you the right candidates, followed by screenings and initial HR interviews to shortlist candidates, saving you time and reducing the cost of finding personnel.
We help you with the offer management process involving, salary negotiations, joining date confirmations, setting up and issuing offer letters and follow up on the offer acceptance with the candidate

This is where we share the shortlisted profiles to you. This is where you have opportunity to go through the profiles and also take see if those profiles meets your requirements. This would a set of prescreened profiles, whom we have interviewed on your behalf
We further extend the followup process until the offered candidates joins the employment. We ensure prompt followup to keep the offer live and the candidate/s engaged until the the position is filled.
Now once we have figured out what to do, we will do a bit of paper work, and mutually agree on our payment terms and replacement policies. This could happen online

The fee for our recruitment service is contingent upon success. There is no initial cost, and no charges are incurred until the selected candidate is successfully hired and joins your organization.
