Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of customer services at the Front Desk so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Any matter which may affect the interests of organization should be brought to the attention of the Management.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback obtained from walk in customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining good relationship with customers
  • Record all customer complaints / issues received and resolved by the front desk
  • Maintain and update the database with information on the nature of queries and status of resolution
  • Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Responsible for daily administration
  • Prepare MIS and reports on daily basis
