Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer services at the Front Desk so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Any matter which may affect the interests of organization should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback obtained from walk in customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining good relationship with customers
- Record all customer complaints / issues received and resolved by the front desk
- Maintain and update the database with information on the nature of queries and status of resolution
- Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Responsible for daily administration
- Prepare MIS and reports on daily basis
