ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
2-To handle customers enquirers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. To match customer’s requirements with workers profiles
4- To recommend most suitable workers to the employers and close the sales.
5- To provide after-sales follow-up and service.
6- To mediate between the Worker and employer when required.
7- To handle embassy matters, administrative work and follow-up on billing and payments from clients
5.Conducting skills testing, interviews.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Existing experience in recruitment sales or Overseas education counsellor.
Strong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle all FW (Foreign Worker ) and employer matters independently.
Must Commit to work with us for longer period. Job hoppers don’t apply.
Education does not matter for the right candidate.
