The Executive plays a critical role in the operational efficiency of our firm, responsible for executing tasks promptly and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all client interactions. This role requires diligent management of daily responsibilities and active engagement in professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Task Execution:
§ Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and promptly, ensuring high-quality output.
§ Proactively update and manage entries in the project management tool to reflect current status of tasks.
• Documentation and Compliance:
§ Maintain accurate and detailed time sheets and work notes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
§ Strictly adhere to the firm’s operational and client communication Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Client Interaction:
§ Uphold a high degree of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients, ensuring all interactions are conducted respectfully and effectively.
§ Address client inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior staff when necessary.
• Professional Development:
§ Actively seek mentoring and support from team leaders to enhance skills and performance.
§ Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest industry practices and standards.
• Team Collaboration:
§ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective completion of projects.
§ Contribute to team meetings and project planning sessions, providing insightful feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
§ Experience in a corporate or legal environment is preferred but not required.
