The candidate will lead a team of telecallers and field sales executives to meet monthly sales
targets for our online programs.
Background and proven track record in education sales is a huge plus but not mandatory.The
candidate should enjoy sales and interacting with people, and persuading them. We are
looking for super high levels of commitment and drive.
Responsibilities
●Lead a team to achieve targets
●Work with the team in the field for lead generation, closing sales etc.
●Build strong partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and independent educators
to sell our products
●Lead generation and conversion activities
●Conduct presentations in schools
●Make cold calls to generate leads and follow up with existing clients to cross-sell and
maintain a cordial relationship
●Travel across India for initiating and maintaining customer relationships
●Close business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts
Required skills and experience
●Strong verbal communication skills
●Must be fluent in English and Malayalam
●Knowledge of the education and Engg./Medical entrance industry
●Ability to network in schools, coaching centers, and independent tuition centers
