Acube Innovations is urgently seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Figma and able to transform complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs. Due to the immediate nature of this vacancy, the selected candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely for the first week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and create engaging, user-centered designs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with clients brand and design guidelines.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices, implementing them into ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in mobile and web application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma is a must.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of user-system interaction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio (Behance or Dribbble) showcasing relevant projects in UI/UX for mobile and web applications.
- Familiarity with design tools and software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop (in addition to Figma).
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
