What will help you do the job well
Must-have skills/ characteristics
- 5+ years of software development experience using AEM
- Proficiency in B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc.,
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for developing and managing web pages.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience in converting design specifications into functional web components and templates within a CMS.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, image optimization, and code splitting.
- Experience with ad integration and management, including Google Ad Manager and other advt platforms.
- Experience optimizing website performance, including excellent Core Web Vitals
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and consuming backend services and data fetching techniques.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Other desirable skills/ characteristics
- Develop and Deploy applications on cloud with ability to debug hosting related issues
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel – domestic / international
- Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
