Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, prior team-handling experience, and overseas exposure (not necessarily in the immigration domain). You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all branch operations efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Report performance metrics and updates to senior management regularly
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues professionally
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial or team-handling role
- Overseas work or business exposure (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
