Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong passion for sales and marketing within the security systems industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
o Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
o Cold-call, email, and schedule meetings with potential clients to pitch the company’s security solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client requirements and recommend tailored security solutions.
3. Sales Process Management:
o Prepare professional and competitive quotes and proposals based on client needs.
o Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients effectively.
o Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
o Provide market feedback to the marketing team for targeted campaigns.
5. Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
o Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s security products and services.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market activities.
o Generate regular sales reports and updates for management review.
7. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
o Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years or above in sales or business development, preferably in the security systems industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ELV Systems (CCTV, Time & Attendance Access Control Solutions, Entrance Automation, Intrusion Detection Systems, Home Automation, Apartment-based Video Door Phone, Networking, EPBX, Public Address Solutions, Addressable Fire Alarm System etc.) is an advantage.
Skills:
o Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
o Ability to analyze market data and trends.
