- Monitor and evaluate metrics, identifying required actions necessary to achieve service level and quality targets.
- Technical awareness about browsers, operating systems.
- Basic awareness about software testing.
- Mentoring the team.
- Identifying new strategies for the smooth operation of the business and implementation.
- Error control and quality management.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge sharing (Training & Development of Team members).
- Analyze client feedback and quality reports periodically to identify the training needs.
- Interest in sports and global sporting events is value add.
