Job Description

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms to nurture leads and drive conversions.

● Create high-quality blog posts and content optimized for SEO to boost organic traffic and thought leadership in fintech and Aadhaar solutions. ● Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to improve search rankings.

● Manage and update LinkedIn company page, including daily/weekly posts, engagement with followers, and lead generation activities.

● Provide basic web design support, such as updating website content, creating landing pages, or suggesting UI/UX improvements using platforms like WordPress or Adobe XD.

● Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, traffic growth), and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

● Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, such as promoting FinaKYC or FinaGuardAI features.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

● 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, blogging, and SEO.

● Proven knowledge of web design fundamentals (e.g., HTML/CSS basics, content management systems).

● Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and LinkedIn marketing.

● Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Email Marketing, or SEO from SEMrush/Ahrefs.

● Experience in fintech or B2B marketing.

● Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
