Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our online marketing efforts and enhance ROI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. They will also be responsible for leading a team, improving brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads for our mobile and web app development services.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies to increase ROI.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure performance and efficiency.

  • Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns for lead generation.

  • Oversee content marketing, email marketing, and influencer collaborations to drive engagement.

  • Optimize marketing funnels and ad campaigns for better conversion rates.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics and KPIs.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and content creators to enhance marketing materials.

  • Handle marketing automation and CRM tools for effective customer engagement.

Required Skills & Tools:  

  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads

  • SEO & SEM: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz

  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio

  • Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube

  • Email Marketing & Automation: Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot

  • Content Marketing & Copywriting: Blogging, Landing Pages, Ad Copies

Qualifications & Requirements:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT services or SaaS.

  • Proven track record in lead generation and ROI-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, social media marketing, and SEO strategies.

  • Experience in running performance-based marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of web and mobile app development industry trends is a plus.
