We’re looking for a skilled web developer who is keen on innovative designs who can consistently raise the bar on creating pixel-perfect UI and UX.
Candidate should be familiar with Bootstrap framework along with HTML5 and CSS3. Should be adept at converting PSD and other UI/UX pins to HTML.
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript (jQuery optional but JS is a must). Candidate should be more inclined towards data-oriented application building (with frameworks like React and Angular) than DOM-oriented application building.
Writing reusable code should be the top priority. Git knowledge is a must. Experience of ES6, Node, and Babel will be a plus.
Good with agile development practices such as continuous integration and deployment. Start-Up experience would be ideal.
The web developer will have an immediate impact on our brand and that of our clients, as well as an ongoing impact in solidifying our industry-wide reputation.
Objectives of this Role:
Deliver features in an end-to-end manner: technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Provide technical mentorship for junior developers
Work closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements to engineering specifications.
Lead code review efforts and quality efforts in your area of ownership.
Participate in product discussions, taking ownership and initiative.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment.Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations
Working knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services, such as APIs, CSS, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, security principles, REST, SOAP, and web user interface design (UI)
Proficiency in React/Angular frameworks, knowledge in MEAN/MERN stacks
Experience implementing and using modern web development workflows and operations using a variety of tools including GitHub
Heroku, AWS, Azure Hosting, and DevOps experience
Working experience in Windows and Linux environments
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Developed a product end to end
Experience with Agile methodology
Proven success in a collaborative environment, good communication skills
