Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and ensure the successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELV solutions, project management, business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s presence in the ELV industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure and security solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with market trends.
2. Operations & Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end ELV project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize project efficiency.
- Implement best practices for procurement, installation, and maintenance of ELV systems.
3. Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among departments.
4. Client & Vendor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to drive profitability.
- Work with vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality for ELV components.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain updated knowledge of ELV technologies and compliance requirements.
Key Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 6+ years in ELV systems, security solutions, or infrastructure projects.
✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, BMS (Building Management Systems), and other ELV solutions.
✅ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and execute large-scale projects.
✅ Business Acumen: Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
✅ Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
