Job Description
Requirements:
• Freshers to 3 years of experience in Medical Officer Claims Processing Cashless/Reimbursement cases in any hospital.
• Advantage to have good knowledge of Private Insurance/Third Party Insurance.
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Good customer service/relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate Joiner.
Responsibilities:
• Medical Scrutiny.
• Proficient with medical terms & systems.
• Understanding of Policy terms & conditions and various hospital protocols/guidelines.
• Understanding of Claims adjudication / Claims Processing.
• Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols.
• Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain the turnaround time of processing.
