Responsibilities and Duties
Handling end to end recruitment life cycle.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Looking after varied Administrative functions.
Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
Designing of Polices, Administration Support, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
Handling matters concerning monthly attendance & processing of payroll.
Delivering HR back-office processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong IT and administrative skills
Highly organized nature
Diplomatic and objective, should be impartial while making decisions
Discreet and trustworthy nature
Good at networking and building relationships
