Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Handling end to end recruitment life cycle.

 Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

 Looking after varied Administrative functions.

Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

 Designing of Polices, Administration Support, Onboarding, and Offboarding.

 Handling matters concerning monthly attendance & processing of payroll.

 Delivering HR back-office processes throughout the employee lifecycle

Key Skills

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Strong IT and administrative skills

 Highly organized nature

 Diplomatic and objective, should be impartial while making decisions

 Discreet and trustworthy nature

 Good at networking and building relationships
