Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full-cycle hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Create a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new team members.

Coordinate with department leads to understanding hiring needs and timelines.
Employee Engagement & Experience

Plan and execute engagement activities, team outings, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.

Conduct regular check-ins and pulse surveys to maintain a strong workplace culture.
Attendance, Leave & HR System Management
-
Maintain attendance, leave, and time tracking via tools like Zoho People.

Support HR tech adoption across modules (People, Payroll, Recruit, etc.)
Payroll, Benefits & Compliance
-
Manage statutory benefits like PF/ESI and support monthly payroll coordination.

Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance in HR practices.
Policy & Process Management
-
Draft and update company policies and ensure smooth communication across the team.

Build an accessible and up-to-date employee handbook.
Grievance Handling & Internal Support

Be the first point of contact for employee queries, issues, and conflict resolution.

Handle internal matters with empathy, confidentiality, and fairness.
Offboarding & Exit Processes

Manage resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and closure of documentation.
Admin & Coordination

Oversee basic admin functions: vendor management, office supplies, travel coordination, etc.

Support internal events and operational coordination.
Requirements:

2–4 years in a generalist HR/Admin role, preferably in IT/Tech or service-based environments

Hands-on experience with HR tools like Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, etc. (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setup
-
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
