Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, both new and existing, to promote and sell hardware and software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the company’s hardware and software products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to set sales targets and priorities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of 1 years in hardware and software sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software products, including the ability to explain technical features and benefits to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
