Estimating resources and time required for project tasks.
· Develop comprehensive business and functional specifications/documentation.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
· Lead routine conference calls and participate in on-site meetings with clients; develop action items and follow through on tasks to achieve various milestones of the project plan.
· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
· Analyze data and metrics to evaluate business processes and performance.
· Managing project timelines.
· Facilitating communication with technical l teams and non- technical teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
· Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
· Continuous engagement with the development team to ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during the development phase
· Assist the development team in any functional clarifications required during the development or issue fix stages · Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
· Monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise.
· Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
· Support testing efforts and ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
· Often involved in the implementation and rollout of new systems or processes.
· Reporting on project status to stakeholders and senior management
· Identify and manage project risks and issues; develop contingency plans as necessary.
· Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
· Documenting business processes and workflows.
· Ensuring projects adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
· Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the business analysis team.
Preferred Skills
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Industry.
· Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making skill , result-oriented individual with meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent time management, stakeholder management, leadership, and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
· Should have in-depth & hands-on understanding of Software functional requirement gathering, functional specification documentation and related areas
· Should have a good understanding of SDLC and widely used methodologies used such as Lean, Agile, Waterfall etc.Knowledge of business process modelling and analysis techniques.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
