Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Junior Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist senior medical staff in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in patient care, including monitoring vital signs and recording medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as per the doctor’s instructions.
- Provide support during medical procedures and assist senior nurses and doctors.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
- Ensure accurate documentation and report any changes in patient conditions.
- Follow hospital protocols and safety standards in patient care.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing).
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures, medications, and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
- Willingness to work in weekends and holidays.
