Responsibilities and Duties
● Responsible for handling customer queries and thus support in Front end developing
● responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and
issues
Key Skills
● Good programming and developing skills
● Good communication
● The L2 Support Engineer must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose,
evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or
route them to appropriate IT staff members
