Job Description
Overview We are looking for a high-impact AI / Computer Vision Engineer to build fast, automated game breakdown and statistics generation for sports—starting with volleyball. The goal is to deliver actionable insights within one hour after a match ends, enabling coaches to review games between matches during tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI / Computer Vision pipelines for player tracking, ball tracking, and event detection • Build automated video segmentation, tagging, and highlight generation • Optimize models and workflows for near real-time or rapid post-game processing • Work with video ingestion, inference, and post-processing pipelines • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align AI output with coach workflows • Research and evaluate AI/CV approaches to improve accuracy and speed • Contribute to long-term AI architecture and product strategy Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning • Proficiency in Python and OpenCV • Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow) • Hands-on experience with video processing and object detection / tracking • Understanding of model optimization for performance and scalability
Good to Have
