Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager-Team Lead – Study Abroad. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of study abroad consultants and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of study abroad programs. This is a full-time position based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in study abroad consultancy or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, admission processes, and visa requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and provide guidance and support
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with educational systems and institutions in countries like the UK,Canada and Germany
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of study abroad consultants, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas educational institutions
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study abroad programs and admission requirements
- Assist students in the application process, including document preparation and visa guidance
- Coordinate and organize events, workshops, and seminars related to study abroad programs
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the international education sector
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of student information
- Track and analyze team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
