Job profile:
Marketing Executive Responsibilities would include:
• Assisting the Marketing manager in all sales and marketing activities
• Attending to all customers sending enquiries or visiting the office properly
• Following up on the leads handed over by Marketing Manager
• Achieving monthly sales target and payment connection target
• Arranging and handling site visits for customers
• Assisting customers for bank loans and registration process
• Payment collection from customers
• Coordinating with projects team for updating and informing the customers regarding the project work status
• Preparation of documents and agreements for customers Qualification: Graduates with minimum 1 year experience in the field of sales (Candidates having prior experience in real estate sales would get preference) Male candidates preferred.
