Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales:
- Conduct sales visits to retailers, distributors, and potential clients to promote our range of lights and fans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Arrange and participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Office Supervision:
- Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage a team of office staff and coordinate their tasks effectively.
- Maintain sales records, inventory, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing sales invoices, quotations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage both field and office operations effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for sales purposes.
