Job Description

Operations:
Developing and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations
Anticipate all guest needs and respond promptly & accordingly
Maintaining full knowledge of all inner workings of the Service Luxury Apartment industry, including room
rates, hotel policies, specials, availabilities, VIP guests, hotel events, and more.
Advertising and showing vacant properties to prospective tenants.
Establishing and enforcing property rules.
Ensuring buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Establishing maintenance and staff schedules.
Collecting or adjusting rent and security deposits.
Investigating complaints and resolving conflicts.
Planning and overseeing renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services, and Acting as a facility manager
Handling clerical and administrative tasks.

 

Sales :
Increase sales to maximize profitability while reducing costs through well managed operational controls
Propose measures to improve operational performance
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
Financial:
Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating
corrective actions
Maximize sales and profitability for the company
Work closely with the chairman to provide quality service apartment latest trends and information
Marketing:
Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements
