Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell Oracura dental products to dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dental sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:  Sales and Business Development:  Identify and target potential clients, including dental clinics, hospitals, Phrarmacy etc  Present and promote Oracura’s range of dental products to prospective customers.  Achieve sales targets and grow the market share for Oracura products in the assigned territory.

 Client Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

 Provide product demonstrations and training to dental professionals.

 Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

 Market Research and Strategy:  Gather insights on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.

 Suggest strategies to improve product positioning and sales performance.

 Reporting:

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including client feedback and market analysis.

 Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

 Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven experience in dental product sales or a similar role in the dental/medical field.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare).

 Skills:  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.  Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

 Knowledge: Familiarity with dental products and solutions is mandatory.

 Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
