Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum following early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Plan and conduct activities that encourage language development, motor skills, and social interaction.
- Observe and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.
- Develop and enforce classroom rules to teach appropriate behavior and responsibility.
- Collaborate with parents and provide regular updates on child progress and any concerns.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners.
- Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
