We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position involves front-desk management and telecalling responsibilities, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure a clean, organized reception area
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers as per company requirements
- Maintain call records and update customer databases
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Provide general administrative and clerical support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or telecalling roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Good multitasking and time management skills
