Job Summary:
Powerhouse Mercantile Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head (Female) to manage and enhance customer service operations in a professional day spa business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls related to wellness services,ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and marketing strategies. Freshers and experienced candidates with an MBA qualification are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Manage a team of customer service executives to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, assisting customers with bookings
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and membership enrollments.
- Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify potential clients, maintain customer databases, and follow up on leads to promote services and packages.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with managers, receptionists, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA (Any specialization)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred)
- Understanding of the spa and wellness industry (preferred)
