We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
• Work with key stakeholders and managers to Create, Plan & Implement strategy for Sales Growth in assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers and work toward maximizing the Business. Support the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains relationships with key decision makers. Ensure efficient marketing communications.
• Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business; communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
• Meet in regular sales targets & continuing improvement on the sales pipeline.
• Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs, other documentation works, including quotes, proposals and reports.
• Work in synergy with all the three business units, viz Control & Automation, sustainable Technologies and Industry 4.0 Business unit.
1. Qualification : Btech (electrical or electronics) or (post graduation or PG Diploma in Industrial automation).
2. Experience : 2-3 years (Preferably Industrial Automation).
3. Age : maximum 45 years.
4. Gender : Male.
5.Language : Malayalam , Fluent english.
