Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the interior industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for our interior design and furnishing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design, furnishing, and fit-out industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and direct clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the interior industry
- Strong network of architects, interior designers, and builders is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
