Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling construction-related products or services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.

  • Identify potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and project managers.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

  • Visit construction sites, client offices, and dealer locations as required.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related fields).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of construction products or materials is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
