Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling construction-related products or services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.

Identify potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and project managers.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Visit construction sites, client offices, and dealer locations as required.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related fields).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of construction products or materials is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
