1 . Conversion of leads received through App, Web application, and various marketing channels
2 . Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans for reaching the assigned goals
3 . Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
4 . Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Sales Target Achievement – Direct, manage and coach a team of sales executives for generating revenue through tele-sales
- Achieve weekly/bi-weekly assigned sales targets through the team.
- Sales Strategy – Build and execute a strategic plan for the team to boost per Sales Person productivity and deliver optimum revenue from the region.
- Team Building – Responsible for building a high-performing team, by elevating and promoting internal talent/sourcing lateral talent. Identifying current performance levels of employees and driving need-based training programs for employees at different levels to boost productivity.
- Team Management: Build a multi-layer team and manage performance through weekly reviews.
