Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.

  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and present insights to management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and sales outcomes.

  • Manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle escalations effectively.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
