SJK Creations – “Academy of Fine Jewellery Design” (AFJD), Trivandrum’s first specialized jewellery design institute, requires a Sales & Marketing professional to drive student enrollments, promote courses, and expand brand visibility in the competitive education sector. This role focuses on leveraging AFJD’s unique offerings in hand sketching, CAD, gemology, and portfolio development to attract beginners, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing position at AFJD involves leading efforts to market specialized jewellery design courses, generate leads, and achieve enrollment targets.Responsibilities include digital campaigns, event coordination, and partnerships to highlight AFJD’s industry-ready training in Rhino 3D, MatrixGold, and traditional craftsmanship. Success in this role supports AFJD’s mission to nurture talent in the growing global jewellery market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for courses like Complete Manual Jewellery Design, Digital Modelling, and Gemology to boost inquiries and enrollments.
• Manage lead generation through social media, email campaigns, SEO, and targeted ads emphasizing AFJD’s beginner-friendly, portfolio-building programs.
•Organize workshops, open houses, and collaborations with jewellery brands or studios to showcase student portfolios and career outcomes like Jewellery Designer or Brand Founder roles.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; experience in education or creative industry sales preferred.
• Fresher or experience in sales/marketing, with proven track record in lead conversion and digital promotion. Essential Skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Proficiency in digital tools (social media, CRM, content creation) and content marketing tailored to creative fields.
• Passion for jewellery design education, with ability to articulate AFJD’s value in blending art, technology, and craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with Trivandrum/Kerala market dynamics and local networking.
