In this entry-level position, you will play a key role in promoting and distributing our products to clients in the field. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients to promote and distribute our FMCG products.
- Sales Promotion: Actively engage with clients to increase product visibility and encourage sales.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Market Research: Gather feedback and insights from clients to help inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; report on sales performance to the sales manager.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Willingness to travel and visit clients regularly.
