Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the home decor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness while managing effective marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and managing a team of professionals to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the home decor sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Lead and mentor the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring individual and team success. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
Marketing Strategy:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand presence in the market, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing methods. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials. Manage and optimize online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to ensure effective allocation of marketing budgets and resources. Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product launches to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous learning. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet their sales and marketing goals.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Leverage data to develop insights and refine sales and marketing approaches to stay ahead of market shifts. Identify and act on opportunities for product innovation or differentiation in the home decor industry.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights. Monitor ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
