Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural design for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept to execution.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

Develop detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation using industry-standard tools.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Review and approve design modifications, material specifications, and construction techniques.

Supervise project progress, conduct site visits, and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Mentor junior architects and manage project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling premium architecture projects.

Proven track record in leading end-to-end design and execution of luxury or high-end projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant software.

Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written).

Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling abilities.

Detail-oriented with a passion for design innovation and quality.
Preferred:

Experience working with reputed architectural consultancies or luxury project developers.

Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices and certifications (e.g., LEED).

Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage.
