Job Description
A position has risen for a Senior Developer who can also move up to a Team Lead focusing
on .NET Technology. This engineer will work on critical projects involving data/user
migration, implementing/update a new API layer and application migrations to cloud. This is
an exciting opportunity for someone with the desire and ability lead a project and mature
oneself to a development leader. There is also extensive opportunity to progress onto other
technology stacks and services running on the cloud.
Key skills:
1. 4-5 years of professional development experience with Microsoft technologies
2. Strong Development skills in C# or .NET, developing web applications, WPF, WCF, and web services
3. Strong Development skills for custom .NET sites, applications, and 3rd party system integrations Eg: Address lookup with Loqate
4. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Good understanding of database concepts, querying, and development (stored procedures, functions) using SQL Server or similar DBs
7. Good understanding of Jira, GitHub or similar tools for work management
8. Experience in app modernisation and migration projects is a plus
9. Exposure to AWS/Azure is a plus
10. Ability to understand business requirements from solutions architects and product managers from onshore team
11.Continually look for and drive improvement to processes and tooling
12.Collaborate with other engineers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers and product managers in solving new and existing technical issues
