Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Dell Laptop Service Engineer to join our Authorized Dell Service Center. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain Dell laptops, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues on Dell laptops.
- Repair or replace defective components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and batteries.
- Perform system installations, software updates, and data recovery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with Dell’s service standards and warranty policies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Min 1 year experience as a Laptop Service Engineer, preferably with Dell products.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, software troubleshooting, and OS installation.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and BIOS/firmware updates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Dell certification (preferred but not mandatory).
