We are looking for a Soft skills Trainer with 1-year Experience to Join our Team.
Location – Trivandrum, Kerala

Coaching & Mentoring • Presentation Skills • Written & Verbal Communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assessing and continuously monitoring student progress.
• Delivering training on Induction & Life skills, English / & specific Domain as per
syllabus.
• Design, plan and implement effective training curriculum on aspects of
behavioural skills & communication skills, Able to build customized training
contents.
• The trainer should be able to deliver training in Facilitation Mode using innovative
techniques & tools like Group Discussion, Role-plays, Action Learning, Flipped
Classroom.
• Assistance to aspirants during placement interviews.
• Ensure that the outcomes, actions of aspirants.
• Help the placement team to have the effective participation of the aspirants.
• Class Schedules plan with Faculties and Operations team.
Required Experience and Qualifications Graduates or Postgraduates can be considered.
•Preferable if the candidate has done IELTS or similar language test training.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills with flair for teaching can be considered too. Proficient in English
(Required), Malayalam (Required)
(Master’s degree and IELTS will be a plus)
