Job Description

We are hiring Senior Service Now Developer (Sr. Software Engineer) with deep expertise in Service Now Development. If you are an enterprising individual with excellent attitude and a desire to succeed, you are welcome to apply for this position.

This role will work on custom application development (Service Now Add-on Products), technical design, development and support of Service Now Applications for large global clients. Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Senior ServiceNow developer with 5 to 7 yrs. of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Should have excellent experience with building Custom Applications in ServiceNow.
  • Sound knowledge and strong experience with Integrating ServiceNow with third party applications (REST, SOAP), Mid Server
  • Experience with Web Service Integrations (SOAP / RESTful) in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Service Catalog development and Workflows.
  • Experience working in Change, Incident, Service Requests, Problem, Demand Management.
  • Hands own experience in import set; transform map
  • Experience with CMDB/Asset Management preferred.
  • Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide API’s.
  • ServiceNow certifications- CSA and developer preferred
  • Excellent communication, client management skills, analytical skills and solutions architect mind-set
  • Demonstrate a great attitude towards people, solutions, customers and work
  • Should be able to present and interact with the stakeholders.
  • Seeks out and accepts feedback, is a proactive learner, takes on tough assignments to improve skills, keeps knowledge and skills up to date, turns mistakes into learning opportunities
  • Ability to work independently across time zones with global teams with limited supervisor support
